Self Esteem for Girls Help

10 weekly sessions.

This treatment group helps empower girls through improving body confidence and self-esteem.

The group consists of 10 sessions and is limited to 10 participants. Sessions are facilitated by a professional (MSW, RSW).

Through fun and interactive activities, Invincible Girls shows girls that body confidence and self-esteem come from valuing their bodies, standing up to social pressures, and supporting others to become more body confident.

10 one hour sessions (children only)

Dates: Tuesdays: Sept 26 –  Dec 5 (no meeting Oct 31)
Time: 6:15 – 7:15 pm
Cost: $20 / session
Ages: 8-10
