Heather is a compassionate and relational individual who brings over eight years of experience supporting children, teens, and young adults through pivotal stages of life. Heather is especially passionate about working with young people, hearing their stories, and helping them develop confidence and healthy coping strategies.
Through her education, including a Master’s degree in Clinical Counselling and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Behaviour, Heather has developed an approach that is grounded in authenticity, curiosity, and a deep care for each person’s unique story. Heather strives to create a warm and welcoming space where everyone feels they can be their authentic self, pulling from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Play Therapy, and Solution Focused techniques.
In her spare time, Heather enjoys music, Irish dancing, skiing, and going on hikes with her dog.
