Lily is empathetic and enthusiastic. She has experience in counselling children, adolescents, and young adults. Lily is a wife and is passionate about the health and wellbeing of families. She is familiar with issues related to medical trauma, chronic illness, grief and loss, anxiety, and depression. 

Lily is motivated to work with children, adolescents, and young adults in helping them to thrive, as they navigate the challenges of growing pains. She uses a variety of counselling modalities such as Narrative Therapy, Art Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy. 
During her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, and enjoys going on nature walks and playing card games.
