Noelle is a warm, compassionate, and relational counsellor who believes that young people deserve to feel heard, understood, and respected. She strives to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where children and teens can be themselves, share their experiences, and explore what they are going through without fear of being judged. Noelle enjoys helping young people develop greater self-understanding, make sense of their emotions, and build healthy coping and self-regulation skills.
Noelle has extensive experience working with children and teens through summer camp, supporting camper care including children with behavioural concerns, and mentoring teens. She connects easily with young people and recognizes the important role family relationships play in their well-being. Her approach is grounded in curiosity, compassion, and collaboration. She draws from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused approaches, and Play Therapy, adapting her approach to each client’s unique needs. She has particular interests in anxiety, family relationships, emotional self-regulation, and helping young people develop a deeper understanding of themselves.
Outside of counselling, Noelle enjoys Latin dancing, hand embroidery, and travelling. She loves discovering new places and cultures, learning new things, and finding creative ways to connect with others.
