Chloe is kind, sensitive, and caring. She has worked with children, young adults and adults. Chloe is a daughter of a single mother and was adopted at a young age, which has allowed her to understand the importance of family relationships. She has pursued becoming a therapist because she finds fulfillment through learning about others and their experiences, while also providing a safe and supportive environment for her clients. She has compassion for those who struggle mentally, emotionally, and physically with accepting and loving themselves. Her desire is to empower clients to learn to love and accept themselves on their own and in relationships, while also enhancing their overall wellbeing. She draws on a variety of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution Focused Therapy (SFT) and provides clients with tools and techniques that will assist them when forming healthy coping mechanisms, relationships, and routines in their lives.
Chloe enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and animals. She also finds joy in participating in spin classes and reading in her spare time.
