Movement Therapy for Kids

10 weekly sessions.

This treatment group helps kids with self regulation and expression of emotion. It is also beneficial for children on the autism spectrum.

The group consists of 10 sessions and is limited to 8 participants. Sessions are facilitated by child and youth counsellor and a certified dance instructor.
