Timon is a warm and collaborative therapist who works with children, teens, and adults, with a particular passion for supporting adolescents and young adults. He has experience helping people navigate anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, grief, and relationship challenges, and works hard to make sure clients feel comfortable, listened to, and encouraged while figuring things out together.
Drawing on his training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and the meaningful results he has seen through Narrative Therapy, Timon helps clients uncover new perspectives, build coping tools, and find solutions that work for their unique needs. His approach is compassionate and adaptable, guided by the belief that therapy should meet each person where they are and help them move toward where they want to be.
Outside of counselling, Timon is also a passionate musician. For over ten years, he has released music and performed widely across Ontario and the United States. His creativity and ability to connect with others deeply inform his therapeutic style, where he values building genuine connections, finding meaning, and helping people discover hope and resilience in the face of life’s challenges.
