Family Therapy Fees

Individuals/Couples are $165/hr – $225/hr

Families are $195/hr

Group fees vary by course +HST

Fees are covered through extended health benefit plans that specify either social workers or registered psychotherapists.

If you do not have work place benefits then our receipts from payment for counselling can be used on your personal income taxes as medical expenses. (search for Registered Psychotherapist or Social Worker in ON)

To help maintain appointment schedules, it is greatly appreciated if sessions are cancelled or rescheduled well in advance. For those cancelled with less than 24 hours notice a $100.00 missed session fee, or the full session fee in the case of repeated missed appointments will be charged.

*No cancellations, No refunds

In case of inclement weather, groups will be cancelled by noon on the day of the course. Parents will be notified by email. The class will not be made up, but the content will be covered the following week.

If there are two or more cancellations during one course, a refund cheque for the missed classes will be issued.
