    How to Update or Adjust Your Availability

    *Use this form as many times as you need*
    **To delete whole day, select day and submit with no times**

    -Your AVAILABILITY calendar is displayed at the top of this page
    -Mouse scroll up and down in calendar to show more times
    -These AVAILABILITY hours will be used by the office for your bookings
    -See below to make or delete a time or day

    Select a day of the week to ADD or DELETE your availability,
    NOTE: You will now need to (re)enter ALL availability times for that day.

    EXAMPLE:

    On Tuesdays, the calendar shows your availability for new or rescheduling clients as:

    9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
    4:00 PM – 8:00 PM.

    An update is needed to adjust end time from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

    HOW TO:

    1. Select Tuesday as the day of the week.

    2. (re)Enter your first availability START and END times (9am – 11am)

    3. (re)Enter your second availability START and END times (4pm – 9pm)

    4. Click Submit (Update will take 24-48 hours).
