Anger Management for Children

6 weekly sessions.

This treatment group helps children better understand their anger so they can make healthy and successful choices, and build strong relationships.

The group consists of 6 sessions and is limited to 10 participants.  Sessions are facilitated by a professional (Registered Psychotherapist).

Goals of the group include:

• Identifying anger triggers
• Taking responsibility for mistakes
• Finding healthy ways to deal with provocation and avoid losing control
• Stating feelings, learning steps to control anger, exploring consequences
• Building a ‘tool box’ with strategies to self-regulate their feelings and behaviours

6 one hour sessions (children only)

Dates: Thursdays, October 30, 2025 to December 4, 2025
Time: 4:30pm-5:30pm
Cost: $42 / session
Ages: 6 – 9 Year Olds
