Self Esteem for Girls Help

6 weekly sessions.

This treatment group helps empower girls through improving body confidence and self-esteem.

The group consists of 10 sessions and is limited to 10 participants. Sessions are facilitated by a professional (Registered Psychotherapist).

Through fun and interactive activities, Invincible Girls shows girls that body confidence and self-esteem come from valuing their bodies, standing up to social pressures, and supporting others to become more body confident.
