BIOGRAPHY

Lily is a warm, inviting, and thoughtful individual who enjoys working with individuals and couples in therapy. Lily works with adolescents (ages 13+), adults, and couples, offering a collaborative and compassionate approach to counselling. Her work is grounded in emotion-focused approaches, supporting clients in better understanding their emotions, attachment patterns, and relationships. Lily strives to create a safe and respectful space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered in their healing and growth. Lily is trained in Gottman Method Couples Therapy (Level 1) and works with couples to strengthen their connection, communication, understanding, and trust.
