JASON YOUSSAB

BIOGRAPHY

Jason is very encouraging and deeply compassionate. He is an attentive listener who believes everyone’s story is worth listening to and that true healing begins when someone first feels seen. Jason sees adolescents as having importance, a voice, and something of value to bring to the table. He sees the family as a system and is able to support both parents and children alike in therapy.

His Bachelor’s in Health Sciences and his Master’s in Clinical Counselling have given him a strong foundation for a holistic approach to care, considering physical, mental and spiritual health. Jason has experience working with children with neurodivergence and their families in creating plans to help best support them. Jason draws from Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Family Systems Theory, and Play Therapy.

In his free time Jason enjoys exercise, reading, and sports such as basketball and volleyball.
